2025 Annual HOA Meeting

The Annual Meeting for Timbrshor will be held this Saturday beginning at 10am Mountain.  As it was last year, we will meet in the Community Room at the Polson Public Library.  The library is located at 102 1st Street East in downtown Polson.  There is plenty of parking around the area.

As you arrive be sure to sign in, share any proxies(provided with Jim’s email) and be prepared for a packed meeting agenda.  Materials for the meeting will be provided under separate email as well will be posted on our website later today.  Please be sure to review those as you are able ahead of time.

For those joining online, below you will find the Zoom information.  We will try to monitor the chat and/or screen for questions as the meeting progresses.

Timbrshor 2024 Annual Meeting

Annual Meeting

We will meet at the Polson Public Library located at 102 1st Street East (GOOGLE MAP) on Saturday, June 29th, at 10am Mountain Time.  There will be an on-line option provided via Zoom as well, details for which are noted below.  

In Part I of our pre-Annual Meeting Reports, please find attached the Chairman’s Annual Report and the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes.  The 2023 Minutes are something we will be reviewing and approving at the start of this year’s meeting.  Later this week we will look to get out Part II of the pre-Annual Meeting reports to include the Treasurer’s Annual Report and the proposed Fiscal Year 24/25 Budget.

Lastly, once again please find attached the Proxy Form for use at this year’s meeting.  Please be sure to have these completed prior to the meeting on the 29th and provided to Dan Novinski, Board Secretary

Community Meal

Hosted by Crystal and Troy Ault for a second year, we will have a full Community BBQ on Saturday, June 29th, at 6pm.  Members, their families, and guests are welcome to join as we should have plenty of food!  The Estvold’s, thanks to Eagle’s diligent fishing efforts, may even supply some fish as well in recognition of the traditional fish fry of days past!  The HOA will provide plates, utensils, drinks (beer, soda, juice).  If you all would like, feel free to add to the meal by bringing a salad or dessert to share and if you have portable camp chairs, might want to bring those along as well.  Looking forward to seeing many of you for your meal.
